Project Description: Norman Reach was approved by council in 2005 and comprises of riverfront homes, 22 apartments and 5 villa units on a 9326m2 site, located in the character residential area classification with frontage to the Brisbane River.  The development also includes a private marina with 10 berth & kayak/canoe launching pad for exclusive use of the Norman Reach residents.  A term lease was sought over the marina as a commercial decision by Stockland.
