PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This development includes a multi-unit residential development incorporating ground floor commercial / retail space in a designated centre which was previously the site of the Wynnum Hotel.  This development approval achieved a building height of 4 storeys in a 2 storey centre precinct with a GFA well above that designated for such a centre activity.  Jensen Bowers successfully derived a range of performance solutions which achieved a great built form outcome and will invariably add to the vibrancy of the area.
