PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Award winning development located 6km from Gladstone CBD and 1km from the Gladstone airport, HillClose delivers 266 residential lots over seven stages to the Gladstone community to assist with competing housing pressures due to the resource boom.

The development provides a diverse choice of affordable and accessible housing options to suit the community’s needs with small and medium lots and a number of innovative solutions such as villa, courtyard and laneway lots, multi-family lots and small 150sqm My Place lots. Other key features include a network of open spaces, pedestrian and cycle connections and a UDIA EnviroDevelopment accreditation.

Hillclose is a State and National UDIA award winning project. Acknowledged in the “Affordable Development”, judges stated “The project has a range of products hitherto unavailable in the Gladstone market and eagerly sought despite initial community misgivings about small-lot housing”.
