PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Redbank Motorway Estate is in the approval phase for Stage 2 of the development, with work set to commence in the near future.

Redbank Motorway Estate has delivered over 60ha of regionally significant industrial land to the City of Ipswich, with Stage 2 proposed to deliver 16 industrial lots of various size and configurations.

Major infrastructure upgrades earmarked for the South Western Corridor including widening of the Ipswich Motorway, an upgrade of the Logan Motorway and Ipswich Motorway Interchange and the construction of a dedicated third freight rail line, as well as the future Goodna Bypass, place Redbank Motorway Estate in a location of particular strategic value. The Ipswich Motorway upgrade includes the construction of infrastructure that provides direct road access to the Redbank Peninsular for heavy vehicles and the Goodna Bypass is also expected to provide access directly to the peninsular.

Access to this infrastructure provides a unique opportunity for intermodal freight hubs and difficult to locate large industrial developments that will not be found elsewhere in the SEQ region. This provides competitive travel times (business travel times, worker travel times, travel times to port and airport) ensuring the industry regards the region as a quality destination for investment.
