Redbank Motorway Estate

Redbank Motorway Estate is Brisbane’s leading industrial estate and home to logistics providers TNT, DB Schenker and Northline. The estate enjoys direct toll-free access to the Ipswich Motorway, providing excellent connectivity to Brisbane’s motorway network and beyond.

Jensen Bowers was engaged by Goodman, as the principal surveyor for delivery of detail survey, construction set out services, urban design and industrial land titling solutions.

The estate has so far delivered over 60ha of regionally significant industrial land to the City of Ipswich, with Stage 2 proposed to deliver 16 industrial lots of various size and configurations.

Major infrastructure upgrades earmarked for the South Western corridor include widening of the Ipswich Motorway, an upgrade of the Logan Motorway and Ipswich Motorway Interchange, the construction of a dedicated third freight rail line, as well as the future Goodna Bypass. These upgrades place Redbank Motorway Estate in a location of particular strategic value.
