This project achieved an additional storey of apartment living, providing a uniform and logical building height transition from the adjoining higher-density sites to the west along Gympie Road to the medium-density (4 storey) residential living area to the east. The development provides a high calibre contribution to this transitioning area of Brisbane, designed by EKO Architecture.
