Twin Waters Residential Community

Twin Waters is a 341ha award-winning master-planned community with approximately 1,600 residential dwellings. The community is comprised of medium density apartments, a retail shopping village, a golf course and a central lake system.

The Jensen Bowers team carried out all facets of land titling, construction set outs, external infrastructure and hydrographic surveys.

The hydrographic surveys included depth sounding to identify sludge depths, volume extraction for dredging, final as constructed lake bed model, revetment wall surveys, weir surveys, bridge surveys, etc.
