PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The $120m UQ Oral Health Centre (OHC) at the Royal Brisbane Hospital is a landmark seven storey design by Cox Rayner Architects. At the time of construction, it was set to be Australia’s most advanced oral health facility, incorporating dental clinics and research labs, office area, and state-of-the-art teaching and learning spaces.

Complex design and large 140m x 50m floor plates provided many challenges during construction.

The Jensen Bowers team managed all expectations from the client, builder and sub-contractor to deliver an iconic Brisbane health centre building.
