Warner Lakes Estate

Located in the Brisbane suburb of Warner, the reserve is a master-planned community that comprises 465 land lots over 36 hectares with over 20 hectares of parkland, walking trails and open spaces. 142 lots were retained by Defence Housing Australia with the remaining 308 lots sold to the public.

Commissioned by Defence Housing Australia, Jensen Bowers was the principal surveyor on the project delivering all aspects of cadastral titling and ADAC services.

Jensen Bowers developed its 12D software to streamline the ADAC outputs to provide MBRC and our client with quality, reliable as constructed data.
