Development approval for the proposed development site at 1035-1037 Wynnum Road and 4 Dorothea Street, Cannon Hill achieved a building height of 7 storeys in a 5 storey centre precinct. The multi-unit residential development, designed by Tim Stewart Architects, will comprise of 70 apartments.
The site was subject to a requirement for land dedication for road widening, being trunk infrastructure under the Priority Infrastructure Plan, and Jensen Bowers is acting on behalf of the client to have the offset against the infrastructure charges calculated at the market value of the land ($270k) as opposed to the offset initially offered by Council at less than $3k.
