Rochedale Motorway Estate

The Rochedale Motorway Estate is a large-scale industrial subdivision of the old Rochedale Brickworks Site on Gardner Road, Rochedale adjoining the Gateway Motorway.

Initial operational works involved the removal of contamination and hazardous materials. A major earthwork program then followed. Unmanned aerial surveys were undertaken over the site on a monthly basis to confirmed quantities of unsuitable materials removed from the site and volumes of earthworks.

The methodology was invaluable to the client and contractor from not only a safety aspect but a timely, accurate result.
